12:00: Welcome in the main buiilding of the University of Liège (Place du 20-Août 7, Liège) and lunch provided
13:15: Welcome speech by Oriana Bertucci, Head of the International Office at ULiège, and presentation of the ESN (Erasmus Student Network)

The Erasmus Office is closed during the welcome day and it will not be possible to complete any administrative formalities on this day (registration, certificate of arrival, signing of documents, etc.).
The academic coordinators will welcome you in your respective departments and will explain how classes and examinations are organized. You will have received their details in a letter attached to the letter of acceptation.
