13:15: Welcome speech by Oriana Bertucci, Head of the International Office at ULiège, and presentation of the ESN (Erasmus Student Network)

Tours of the city centre on foot

Welcome drink at the Brasserie Sauvenière (Place Xavier Neujean 12, 4000 Liège)

Free access to the activities for exchange students

No registration needed

The Erasmus Office is closed during the welcome day and it will not be possible to complete any administrative formalities on this day (registration, certificate of arrival, signing of documents, etc.).

Please note...

The academic coordinators will welcome you in your respective departments and will explain how classes and examinations are organized. You will have received their details in a letter attached to the letter of acceptation.
