The Green Office is organizing a great contest "Boulet Durable" !
The contest is exclusively addressed to the members of the ULiège community (students and staff members). Participants may enter alone or in teams. Mixed teams of students and staff members are strongly encouraged.
The objective is to boost our food transition through an innovative recipe for sustainability!
A team can be made up of 1 to 4 members of the ULiège community who submit a common recipe.
The final on April 20 will be held in the presence of Chef Thomas Troupin of the renowned restaurant Toma !

The purpose of this contest is to raise awareness among the members of the ULiège to the main dimensions of sustainability that are at the heart of our food choices. These are mainly the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for production and consumption production and consumption (SDG 12), the human health (MDG 3), environmental health (SDGs 13, 14, 15) and thelocal economy (SDG 11).

Plus globalement, cet ODD réclame de comprendre les interconnexions entre les décisions personnelles et collectives, et de percevoir les impacts de nos comportements respectifs entre les pays et à l’échelle mondiale.
