The event is open to students and staff from all UniGr partner universities.

The day will close with a prize-giving ceremony at 5:30 p.m. hosted by the Presidents and Rectors of UniGR's partner universities.
Meals and travel will be organized and paid for.
Student radio station 48 FM will be on hand to cover the entire event.
