Kroll à l’Univ’ : The exhibition continues at Sart Tilman
Le Sart Tilman is now hosting Kroll à l’Univ’, an exhibition that looks back on thirty years of Pierre Kroll’s cartoons in the pages of Le Quinzième Jour.

Global exposure is a top priority at the University of Liège. The institution offers a wide range of international mobility opportunities to students, researchers and staff, enabling them to enhance their cross-disciplinary skills and language knowledge.
ULiège: an experience of daily living. Located in 3 cities and 4 campuses, the university is a key player in terms of the environment and mobility.
The University of Liège will honour Arlette Baumans, architect and urban planner, at a new “Alumni en Lumière” ceremony, on Thursday 26 November 2026 at 6:00 p.m., in the Academic hall.
A graduate of the Institut supérieur d’architecture Saint-Luc and holder of a degree in urban planning and spatial planning from the University of Liège, Arlette Baumans has built a career at the crossroads of architecture and urban planning, with a particular focus on landscape and public space. She has contributed to numerous projects in Wallonia, including the Saint-Léonard esplanade, the Cité administrative and the Val-Benoît site in Liège, as well as the Interlac site in Dison.
In 1999, she founded the Baumans-Deffet firm with architect Bernard Deffet. Their projects have received numerous awards and have contributed to the recognition of contemporary architecture in Wallonia. She also devoted more than thirty years to teaching architecture, sharing her experience with several generations of students.
Remarkable for its scope and deeply rooted in our region, her work reflects a distinctive approach to architecture and urban planning. An approach attentive to what already exists, open to dialogue and forward-looking, which particularly resonates with the challenges of our time.
