The start of the school year: the perfect time to adopt new habits
Whatever your reasons for rethinking how you get around on and around campus —whether it’s for financial, health, efficiency, or environmental reasons—the start of the school year is the perfect time to change your habits. In addition to the information available year-round on the My Mobility intranet, the University of Liège is offering a series of activities during Mobility Week.
These initiatives aim to promote active modes of travel (walking, biking) as well as shared transportation (public transit, carpooling).

Changing your daily commute isn’t always easy, as it often involves breaking long-standing habits and challenging certain misconceptions. Feel free to try out different options and draw inspiration from colleagues who’ve already taken the plunge!
Also remember that you don’t have to turn everything upside down all at once: changing how you get around can be done gradually, starting with one or two days a week.
