Depuis quelques années, le deep learning (apprentissage profond), une famille de méthodes d'intelligence artificielle, fait beaucoup parler de lui. En effet, il a permis des progrès impressionnants dans la résolution de problèmes dont certains semblaient encore hors d'atteinte il y 5 ans. On pense notamment au système AlphaGo de DeepMind qui a battu un champion au jeu de Go mais d'autres domaines comme la reconnaissance de paroles ou d'images ont connu des avancées spectaculaires grâce au deep learning.
Avec la notoriété grandissantes de ces méthodes, des grandes entreprises et universités ont proposé des librairies et frameworks afin d'accélérer le dévelopement du domaine (que ce soit d'un point de vue recherche ou commercial). En 2015, Google a rendu open-source sa propre librairie de deep learning, TensorFlow.
Au programe de cette présentation
Au cours du workshop, nous allons approcher le problème de classification de chiffres écrits à la main (MNIST). L'objectif est de construire graduellement des modèles performants pour résoudre ce problème.
